Different Types Of Bath Tubs

The primary use of a bath tub is to soak. But if you want to use it for primary purpose you won’t have a jet combinations or shower attachment. Roman and Greek tubs are common tubs that are known.

The Roman tub is a sunken bath, although there are different interpretations of what Roman baths really are. A Greek tub is shorter in length, but allows the individual to sink into the water up to the neck. The Greek style tub is convenient for the customer who would like a deeper experience, but is short on bathroom space.

Built in tubs are popular form of tubs which includes the drop-in bath tub, Alcove bath tub and corner bath tub. The alcove bath tub is enclosed virtually with an opening in the front side that allows access. One must step down instead of up and down in a drop-in bath tub. A corner tub is a type of drop-in tub that you can set in the corner of your bathroom and probably out on a deck. But you will not find a shower fixture in most drop-ins.
